Lots of bugs: falling through maps, and network issues are the main ones
Lack of content: Not enough maps or gamemodes
No Voice Chat
Performance issues can be very problematic and hard to resolve, even for mid to high-end machines

Best MMO that I have ever played.

This game has a high-ceiling, but also a low-floor. It is easy to pickup and get going, and there are enough layers to this game for players who want a challenge.

Pros:
- Race and Class selection: You can play any class on any race. Each race has unique traits which may be a benefit to the class. Additionally, each race/class can do ANY and ALL of the content in the game. You aren't locked in to playing a specific role necessarily.

- Engaging and rewarding quests: Quests in this game are different from many other MMO's; they are very good for learning the game, leveling up, and obtaining valuable gear and rewards. Quests aren't the traditional "go here and collect 10 of this item, then bring it back". They are part of the story of the game or the zone that you are in.

- Fantastic endgame content and game is actively developed: Once you hit max level, it's only the beginning of your character's journey. Hitting level 50 opens up the ability for players to participate in higher-difficulty
"veteran" dungeons. They also unlock the ability to earn and allocate up to 160 "champion points", which can further develop your character. The dungeons in this game are where you can earn extremely valuable and rare high-level gear. There is also different types of PVP; battleground, or venture to Cyrodiil for massive faction vs faction PVP (similar to guild wars 2 world-versus-world, in some regards).

- Vibrant and welcoming online community: The community in this game is alive and thriving. Within my first week of joining, I joined a couple of guilds (I think you can join up to 8?). These guild members crafted me weapons, armor, and gave me resources to help get started. This is the most welcoming video game community that I have ever seen.

Cons:
- Some content (DLC, bottomless crafting bag) are behind paywalls. So if you want to have all the expansions and a bottomless bag for your crafting items, you need to pay $14/month for ESO+. I have ESO+, and while I do think that it's worth the subscription, I would consider it a con.

- The high-ceiling to this game can sometimes be overwhelming at first. There are many mechanics to the game that players have to learn if they want to master it.

- Hunting ghosts
- Being chased by ghosts
- Crying in closets with your friends, while you hide from scary ghosts that want to kill you
- Playing basketball in a damp shed

Look no further! This is the game for you!

Pros:
- Challenging combat that scales when players are added to the party
- Unique and custom character builds, free skill tree resets
- Variety of fun skills and classes
- Gun traits are interesting and enable complex character build paths
- Crafting and equipment leveling is easy and rewarding
Cons:
- Movement cover system is sometimes clunky and un-intuitive
- Story is somewhat boring and un-interesting
- Matchmaking (especially with cross-play enabled) is unreliable (frequent disconnects)

This game has helped me to focus on improving my aim by doing specific tasks. I have already seen improvement in my flicks and tracking, after only a week!
