Can't even play past the siege on the castle during the tutorial. Asks you to reposition your units, no amount of repositioning ever gets to the next dialog box and a bunch of other people have had the same problem for months. Yeah great ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game guys, I don't even get to understand the damn prologue cuz you guys code like an Italian chef

I have invested 10k hours in this game over the last 6 years. The game is like a second home. I am using the steam version to force myself to play without runelite and relive those early days of playing osrs. Currently I'm playing a HCIM and having fun collecting useless junk in f2p while I play my main on the side.

I will be the first to admit that the game takes a bit to get used to but once you do there is nearly infinite content. No matter how long you have played the game you will always find new things to do. That is what is so fun about the game, you can work towards goals but you will never get to that point where you have completed the game and don't know what to do next. By far the most fun thing about the game is that even if you complete everything you want to on one account, a lot of people end up making new accounts and using the experience they got from leveling their previous account to absolutely speed through the game. Or you can challenge yourself with the ironman modes or challenge yourself further by playing a region locked ironman.

I thought I had this game down when I cleared it on launch day. This dlc bent me over and made me it's ♥♥♥♥♥. I have legit never struggled this much. I didn't have any extra lives left and spent a good 30 minutes retrying a few sections. I absolutely recommend this. It is one hell of a meat grinder.

Just burned through the campaign on release day. While I encountered a few game breaking bugs such as phasing into a portal during a cutscene which caused me to be completely unable to move until I reloaded the checkpoint. All in all it was an absolute blast to play through, somewhere between a dopamine riddled killing spree and contemplative platforming/secret hunting. I think with some patches to get rid of the bugs and it will be perfect campaign wise. I've only played battlemode a bit but I'm not feeling it, the multiplayer of doom 2016 was similar to halo combined with quake. But this while fun doesn't feel like it will hold up over extended play. Overall I wholeheartedly recommend it because I can't seem to stop thinking about it. I just finished an I'm already planning out how I'm gonna finish the last couple weapon masteries I need. I also need to try the master levels.

I would recommend this for the express purpose of being able to play the halo games that weren't released on pc. Reach was my childhood so being able to play it again brings me into absolute nostalgia heaven.

However I do have some nitpicks. You can't crouch while running, you have to stop, then crouch. Also you can't do a lot of the old things you could in the halo reach ui. You can't for example listen to firefight voice lines before you equip them. I could be here forever listing all the things that didn't make the port in terms of the ui. That is probably my biggest problem, the ui of every halo game in this collection is 10 times better than the ui we have for the collection.

On top of that the season point progression system is stupid. It correlates to your level so why not just have you unlock stuff as you level. Instead 343 opted for a season pass styled progression in which you invest the points into the progression tree. Even still you can do said progression without having to wrench in a point system that really serves no purpose. League of legends is a great example where the tft beta pass has you unlocking rewards as you get enough points to fill a bar, which is pretty much just an exp bar. This collection reaks of publisher meddling which pulls the otherwise masterpiece titles enclosed in it down.

Another gripe is not being able to see how you unlocked your service cards, you can see how to unlock locked ones, but not how you unlocked the ones you have. I would like to be able to see what I did to unlock them. Because really that is their only use as most times you aren't sitting in a lobby long enough to even see said cards.

I still recommend this if you already like the titles in it, as is only reach is playable but that is enough for me to buy it. But for the best experience the originals can't be topped. You just will struggle to find a lobby today on the defunct hardware they were made for.

My only hope is that they will develop this further and also in some way account for the differences in pc play. Because there are a few maps that get reduced to shooting galleries where neither side can even get close to the enemy objective and it deteriorates into a stalemate. But considering its 343 we are talking about, maybe I don't want them meddling in balancing etc.

Well considering I tend to lose myself in crime sprees and running one down stealth runs I would reccomend it to any other masochists. If you are fine doing a mission enough times in one night you can draw a layout of the map from memory then this is the game for you. Payday 2 also has a fun casual side with doing loud missions on overkill/deathwish. Really for me the draw is crime spree once I finish the new heists. Because Crime Spree is just a marathon of missions that get progressively harder as modifiers stack up.

Insanely fun game, the souls like label is often used where it shouldn't be but this is one of the few cases where it is accurate. This is pretty much exactly what souls would be like if you had guns, and I love it. Been running it with friends and nothing quite compares to brainstorming a boss that is giving us trouble, this to me is game of the year potential because I haven't had this much fun with a new AAA game in a long, long time. The fact that your progress on a friends save doesn't go back to your save is completely fine because it give you a different playthrough, and allows you to get more trait points. On top of that none of the traits are overpowered if you max them out, they are noticeable buffs but its not like DS where if you pump your health enough you can trade hits with bosses. I haven't even put one point in vitality, instead opting to focus on mod generation, revive speed, etc, and I very often am the last to die even though my buddies maxed their vitality. The game stays hard and I love that, and the fact its not all root monsters was a big plus because that could have gotten stale fast. The game branches out and expands so much, the fact that this is being worked on constantly is a big plus too. There have already been 2 balance patches in the first week where some weapons have been tweaked, traits tweaked, etc. If they are in this for the long haul they could expand so much and so easily with the systems they have in place now. I absolutely can't wait to see where this goes.

Quality ♥♥♥♥, already had this on my wishlist since its announcement. but now with the summer grand prix quest to drink a soda and a mod to make 500 soda from a dirt my steam level has skyrocketed. Thanks devs with no foresight into player exploitation.

The game is only really just starting to open up and I am surprised at how compelling it is to play. It's like simcity but every sim is a valuable asset. After seeing the challenge achievements I feel like trying some of them for roleplays sake. For instance my city is veering down a police state route I think I might lean into it a little. This game had me clapping my hands because a couple sections I thought were endgames were salvagable because of decisions I had made. To describe the actual active playing of the game it is like a steam engineer regulating a series of high pressure valves, this allegory both works for the heating and distribution of workers. Rarely do I find myself assuming the character of the one I'm playing for instance after seeing 40 londoners injured and 15 dead when I beat them into staying I said "40 injured, subhuman scum anyway, no matter". (i think that comes from getting too into crusader kings characters though)

Ok so I have wanted to play this game for years. I happened to see it was on sale and picked it up. This game is so good. It is extremely refreshing to play something other than your typical triple A title. The level of creativity and beauty in this game is simply awe inspiring. The subtle hints the game tosses you as well as the way you naturally stumble on secrets is simply amazing. The game has such good flow to it that only once did I ever need to use the map, I just naturally fell into it and blazed through it. Not to say the game is easy, as I died 10 times in many areas before I got the right timing. As a person who isn't a fan of stealth, this game has managed to renew my interest in stealth games. That is reason enough to buy this, the fact that it can make non fans of the genre love it. I whole heartedly reccomend that people pick this one up if they don't have it.
