This game is a trekkies wet dream. As far as MMO's go you can max out a toon in less than a week on this game. There is obviously a payment shop for ships and stuff but you can 100% play the game for free. You WILL want to part with money though if youre a hardcore fan just for some of the iconic ships and consoles. This game is so diverse with ship builds, want to do more DoT then you equip some form of radiation weapon, going against someone with high shields then you go the disruptor route, get yourself some sexy Zhat Vash ones that sounds awesome. Each ships look can be somewhat altered depending on what "set" you have equipped which makes farming them more fun and worth while. the reputation system is a bit of a ballache and will take you many many months to even dent but the rewards for doing so are normally worth it. over all this game is 9/10 it lost a point for the zen shop. some of that stuff should be availble to people who do not want to pay for it. like fighting in the enterprise D should be a RIGHT of any trekky not a privilege to those who will pay.

Meh! In its current state its absolutely dull as dish water; They've added and removed things over and over; There is no actual objective either yet which just makes it a total yawn fest and i was playing with three friends.

They need to add distance flags so you can how far in meters you are from group member, I understand that the devs want to get the dinos sorted before they do anything but this game is now 5-6 years in development; For it to currently be in this dull boring state after 6 years doesn't really fill me with hope for the future of the game! Add humans, who CARES if they're buggy; give the game structure so ppl stay and WANT to play it! i can't abide more than 30 mins of this game atm.

haven't been able to open the game for months, it instantly crashes for me! there are tonnes of people online giving solutions as issues with the game are everywhere. Until they fix the game i can't recommend it to anyone

Ubisoft just let this into the wild and straight up abandoned it; likely because the dlc tanked! the reason it tanked is because it adds nothing worth the money to your game! They need to sack the dev team.

1)add away teams and missions
2) remove enginerring console completely from bridge, add it to the enginerring section, give them the ability to repair the ship as well
3)add more ships; borg, dominion, vulcan

5 Stars - love this game. Between 4 of us we have all DLC and love how you can "combine" and share your DLC rather than all having to own it. Also love that you can now edit the match a lot more making the games longer

Do often find myself wishing i could play this on a larger map with more than 4 people so maybe something to consider adding in the future?

This game has so much potential its just a crying shame that all its done since i downloaded it was crash.

after increasing my pagefile by a damn lot and lowering the graphics to the point its an embarresment to my GFX card i got the game to run. Then you get the whole "saving server" crap every 30 mins which is a lottery because there is a 50/50 chance your game will crash! if you survive that crash you then have the "loading map" nonsense that is also a 50/50 lottery

you guys REALLY need to work harder on opimising the game so it doesn't require the crazy minimum specs!

4 of us got this game to play together -
∙ only 1 of us managed to play for longer than 30 mins.
∙ one of us couldn't launch at all and it took him 40 mins of staring at the loading screen for him to throw in the towel and request a refund for the game.
∙ i managed to load the game after it crashing 8 times, increasing the pagefile seemed to help, as well as lowering texture quality. i couldn't however keep the game loaded for longer than 30 mins
∙ the final player lost her $hit because while waiting all this time for her friends to join her she was shot in the ass with an arrow, eaten by a bear and whipped and called a n***er

There is clearly some form of memory leak in this game, when it hits a sweet spot it crashes the game completely

4/4 ppl have now refunded this game, we may revisit it but we won't risk not being eligible for refund at the chance you MAY fix the issues

Sidenote:- ALL of us met the minimum requirements 2/4 of us met the recommended. 0/4 had a good experience

We are unable to review the playability of the game or the content so my advice is; like the way it looks buy it...if its problematic refund it immediately

They keep patching and promising it will get better but thats not the case for me! It takes longer to load then GTA V; i have a decent set up and most of the time you have to relaunch it over and over in the hope it will actually load. when it does load after a while the screen flickers, goes black and the game stops working but not only does it stop working it kills your monitor so its stuck as "no signal" It also launches occulus EVERYTIME despite me having that feature off using up more RAM than it needs to! if i wanted to play this game in VR i would launch it in VR make it stop!

I'd love for this to be an actual review of the game but i haven't managed to play the game for longer that 3 mins

Love this game, so much fun with 3 of you could probably do with a few more classes.

Had this for YEARS, come back to it with updates and honestly.....the amount of sheer time and money you've had to make this game worth playing is outstanding and yet it still feels half finished. Just spent 45 mins running away from Z's with not even as much as a bat showing up for protection, this game is a waste of money, i honestly had hopes for it but the devs are so far OFF the mark.. I'll be uninstallling it and never revisiting at this point. its a lost cause..
