DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME AS OF 01/21/23!!!

It is not safe to play this game as it stands, there is a new exploit that puts your pc and account at risk.

Not even story mode is safe to play, don't even think about doing invite only sessions online.

The fact that GTAV is on sale while this is all going down is baffling to me and represents how little Rockstar actually cares about their user base. Disgusting.


**Wanted to add on to the fact that entire lobbies of people are getting falsely banned by Rockstar and having hundreds/thousands of hours reset because of the grossly neglected anti-cheat. All you need to do is shut down your servers while you fix this mess, people are losing precious time and $$$.

This game has some serious potential, wish it had live multiplayer and more things to do. It's sad for me because I have never been so immersed and meditative inside a VR title.

If you are into kayaking, rafting, or any kind of paddling you will dig this game more than any other on VR almost guaranteed. There is nothing like this anywhere else in gaming and I can't wait for the devs to build on this fantastic skeleton.

I recommend the Prosaber by ProtubeVR for a paddle because i found it to be the perfect size and form for a realistic experience without taping your controllers to a broomstick.

It's been six months without multiversus. I can’t stop shaking and I’m having severe withdrawals. I woke up today trying to log on but the game was down, I had a major panic attack but managed to calm down after a few minutes. I’m sick to my stomach at this point, life is worthless.

My fiance and I got an insane addiction to Animal Crossing and Stardew Valley over the last few years and we have exhausted everything we possibly could from those games. Ever since then we haven't found a game that scratched that itch yet so hearing of this game sparked my curiosity. Let me tell you, this game shattered my expectations. Props to the solo dev because he really knows what makes these games click, combining all of these elements from similar titles to create a gameplay loop that is superb. I really got the feeling that this is a game created by a person that is more than frustrated with Animal Crossings design philosophy, how it limits you as a player, and how it time gates almost every interaction. This game has more than enough things to do right now for a content rich playthrough so please, do yourself a favor and give this game a try, it's only $20 and if you don't like it within a few hours you can always refund. With my Steamdeck coming soon, I'm ecstatic to delve myself into this more, and I will update my review as I get further along.

A great way to unlock the full game as they add characters throughout the years, priced similarly to other fighting games.

I used to raid Mythic in WoW, and put hundreds of hours into other MMOs, but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ does this game still confuse me as a new player. My only advice is to try talking to others who have more experience, they would love to teach you all of the thousands of intricacies this game has under the hood. It is a hit or miss with research on googe/youtube because of all of the clickbait and misleading info that you'll find, but eventually you will find resources that you will hold dear to your heart, be it content creator or website.

Great game tho, can't believe I've been missing out on this.

I recommend this to anyone who hasn't had an mmo-like experience in VR, or people who haven't experienced climbing/gliding mechanics in VR. The social aspects of virtual reality combine with the mmo genre so nicely, I personally think that this is the ultimate platform for MMOs. Zenith does a good job at making you fantasize about the potential this mix match of genres has, but that's what this game is in it's entirety, potential. It is not what you would expect from a product that has gone out of beta, maybe even alpha. The game has many different interesting approaches to traditional MMO mechanics (especially the cooking) but it falls short after an unfortunately small runtime. Only the beginning of the game is fleshed out in the slightest, and it's still empty with bare bone quests. The further you make it in the game the more you recognize the repetition and at a certain point you're forced to grind for hours on mobs and repeatable quests to get to a higher level with no story quest in sight until you reach max level. This would be acceptable if we were getting more consistent content updates and better transparency, but I think that's asking a lot from a small studio. Until they expand their company this game will continue to be the same as it is until it dies a slow and drip fed death. I really don't want that to happen, so hey, if you believe in what they're trying to achieve and want to support this massively ambitious project, by all means go ahead. But if you're looking for a game to really sink your teeth into and devote your time and effort into the experience, it saddens me to say that this isn't it. Maybe two years down the line with how things are looking you would find a product that is really worth your time, but then, who knows how the state of the player base would be. I don't see myself coming back unless there were some major changes to the core of the game, and I imagine the majority of the original player base feels the exact same way.
