This game feels like real skateboarding in that once you have a trick/line in mind, you actually have to sit there and keep trying over and over to get it. A trick or a line could take anywhere from one try to a thousand tries, but once you finally land it the feeling of satisfaction is unlike any other game i've ever played. People who skate in real life might find this feeling familiar!

I'll never understand why people worship this trash game like its Gods gift to this planet. There is so much wrong with it I have no idea how the hell people can even see any good side through the cesspool of garbage this sorry excuse of a game is. I'd literally rather watch a racoon eat its own ass than play this game half the time. Heres why.





- Babies (streamers) whine about being streamsniped when they purposefully put footage of their game on the internet LIVE for people around the world to see. Like if youre a streamer its just a risk you have to take. You dont get to go on an estrogen filled power trip and report and cry about streamsniping every time you die. The developers ride the streamers wieners so they ACTUALLY ban people for "streamsniping" when its something you should be able to do and when half the time the people banned werent even doing it. Ive heard of some sorry lad actually being banned for honking a horn around a streamer. Like its a feature in the game meant to be used for fun but apparently youre not allowed to use it because streamers are commies. Its ridiculous.


- The movement in this game is so bad. its just so bad. You move slower than a jack rabbit thats not a jack rabbit but is actually a damn snail. Jumping is nonexistent, you literally can only jump 3 inches high. If youre getting shot at you CANNOT outrun it since running feels like operating a tank. Especially since you cant vault or jump over the ladybug on the ground in front of you. Ive died so many times from not being able to jump over stuff. It should have been in the game from day 1. I know theyre about to add it but it still looks sluggish and garbage.


- Theres no skill involved. There is no learning curve. Any idiot can aim and shoot and get kills in this game because the recoil and aiming is so easy to master, so the only thing that determines if you win or not is your position on the map. I could take a random homeless guy off the street and put him on this game and he could win a match with a couple kills because its all about position. You run so slow and move so sluggishly you cant make it to a better position if youre in a bad one. You are pretty much helpless unless you find someone and get the first shot off on them.


- Vehicle physics are terrible. Even if youre going mach 5 youll get lazer beamed by some brainless idiot spraying at you with an M416 or something. Not to mention youll roll your car if you hit a ladybug on the ground or some ♥♥♥♥.


- Just like any other early access game, as soon as they make tons of money they want to make more and add microtransactions instead of fixing bugs and polishing the game. You can buy keys to open crates and get skins, blah blah blah same ♥♥♥♥ you see in literally every other game nowadays. Except in this game theyre so ass ugly its insane. Not one skin even looks remotely good, its like they didnt even try. Ive gotten the Fingerless Gloves (Camo) skin like 37 times already.


- Its so poorly optomized. After i land on the map my buldings take on average about 5 whole minutes to render and load. I cant enter buldings or loot during this time, so im a sitting duck while some brain dead loser with a kar98k shoots me in the back. Only get tops 40 frames while playing this even with my good gaming pc.


- Every new weapon they add is only availiable in airdrops, this is so annoying.


- Theres a bug where the buildings dont load and you can see and shoot through everything. As if it isnt stupid enough that it even exists, people get banned for taking advantage of it when its the garbage devs fault for it being in the game. Keep in mind they dont address issues like this but instead add more skins and microtransactions like the gamescom crate.


- A game using this little skill is an E sport. Why.


- Sound quality is horrible. you cant hear any footsteps and most of the time you have zero clue where the hell youre being shot from.


- The UI is absulutley horrible and laggy, in the main menu you cant even see if your teammates are ready, and if anyone does anything you have to refresh the ui its just so bad i dont even want to write about it Jesus Christ. Its such simple ♥♥♥♥ they just got wrong its frustrating.




TLDR:

This game is a huge deal right now, it sold over 8 million copies and its doing well for itself. It must be doing something right,, but i just cant see it. The devs addded more skins and microtransactions instead of releasing a crucial update; vaulting and window jumping, for example, they ride every streamers wiener and submit to their power trips and ban people to keep them happy even when they did nothing wrong, and they ban people when they take advantage of their stupid laziness. The game is overall a buggy mess and just needs so much work.

Do people still play it?

(for North America at least) yes, many people still play, easy to find matches but its mostly team deathmatch. Not many people play Search and Destroy or anything else from what i can tell.

Is it filled with hackers?

Heard there is some but 6 hours in and i havent found any.

Is it worth it?

This game is hella old and you probably shouldnt still be paying 20 dollars for it. Wait for a sale or buy it from Goodwill or Gamestop for your old Xbox 360 or Ps3 for cheaper.
