Only buy this game if you plan on putting in the time to get a proper list of mods that make the game better for you (near-mandatory ones being VRIK and ♥♥♥♥) and can deal with the possible crashes that come along with it.

That said mods can only do so much. You'll have to put in more work, such has "roleplaying" your melee swings if you plan to go melee, so you can pretend they actually have weight to them and are making contact, when in reality you can just wave it like a pool noodle.

And then OFC you have all the other physical enviroment elements, that have no interactivity.
So extremely flawed, disgustingly barebones VR port
but one of my favorites when paired with a bunch of mods.

Probably my favorite VR game, everything just feels so great, it's worth the money even for base content, but with mods oh my lord it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amazing. You wanna slash people up with weapons from bloodborne in moonside lake? you got that. Wanna force choke people, or levitate them towards you and stab them with your light saber? go right ahead.

Wanna be a ninja throwing sai's and kunais and ♥♥♥♥? do as you wish.

I love it, has some areas to improve but it's just amazing, buy it.

I prefer more realistic shooting games, like Pavlov and H3VR
but this.. it works, amazingly
it's full arcade, I do wish there was more impact to the bullets, and manual reloading for style, but other than that it just feels GREAT
i'm surprised a VR remake of a game like serious sam is so good
all this is helped by how hectic it is, needing you to constantly move about and shoot SHOOT SHOOT

I got this in the CROTEAM collection for £12 on sale
it was 100% worth that
maybe not £30.

I pretty much cried

Not without its issues, and is completely abandoned (no updates since 2017, yeesh)
But very fun to play some pool and air hockey agaisnt AI, whilst you have your own custom music and/or videos playing in the background. Would be even more fun with friends.

Edit: On second thought, it hardly works the more I play it, and multiplayer doesn't work at all.

Short, but fun. Swinging mechanics could be better but still great.
Wish they'd just make a full spiderman vr game.
