If you wanna play this you need to remove all the loading screens from the game files because of a memory leak issue that lowers your fps the longer you play. And to play with a friend in co-op without horrible lagging you need to disable voice chat function from the config files because multiplayer server cannot handle packets sent from voice chat. 5 years after launch and still not fixed. And they call this game of the year enhanced edition... -_- Otherwise its a great game when you've done these do it yourself patches! Just google for guides for the fixes first if you're going to play.
