I somehow forgot to review this game til now, but I think it deserves it.

Genuinely one of the best single player triple A titles you can play on Steam, this game offers a ton of content easily justifying its price tag. You can genuinely just swing around New York for hours and not get bored; they really nailed the feeling of just getting to *be* Spider-Man.

It's supremely replayable; I first played it in 2018 on ps4 and my replay on steam felt just as good as the first time, this time also doing the DLC. Combat feels mostly fair and rewarding; there's a satisfying response to landing blows, and there aren't *too* many quicktime events on bosses, but they are still present. Going for 100% can feel a little tedious, especially on the DLC, but is not required at all.

Overall, solid 10/10 game. I rarely enjoy modern triple A games but I'd play this again any day.

Played for about 6 years now, decided to start fresh instead of porting over my old save. It's honestly just a lot of mindless fun; I think its best enjoyed by leaving it throughout the day or night when you aren't around and coming back to a big number that you can spend on stuff. It also gets really deep with time, and there's a lot more strategy and interesting mechanics than most people might assume.

This is a FANTASTIC game. It's not for those who are easily frustrated, but I do believe anyone can get good enough to at least beat the base story if they put in a little perseverance.

The level design consists of making use of a different gimmick mechanic for every area, and each feels really easy to learn and grasp right away. Secrets feel fair and give you all the puzzle pieces you need to figure out whats going on (except maybe the crystal hearts; I haven't gotten any and I refuse to look it up lol). There's also extra difficult optional content for people who want a challenge in the form of B-side levels, which I think are an absolute blast.

AND THE STORY! I haven't touched on it at all and tbh I think it's better if you just play it for yourself. It's really heartwarming but super real, and it definitely gets you invested in the characters right away.

Overall, a STRONG 10/10 for me.

A great game to play to with podcasts or music, I enjoyed this one more than Euro sim since I feel a bit more accustomed to driving on the right side of the road and using dollars and miles.

I would recommend waiting a bit on this one. Excited to see where its headed, but definitely needs a bit of work still.

Rewriting this review from the start, the old one was literal garbage and not helpful at all

To put it shortly, this is one of the greatest games I have ever played. Never have I been so invested in a story that I know nothing about, and never have I been more upset about bugs.

I just think it's neat

Finally giving this a shot now that it's on Steam, I'm already a huge fan of it. I'm also glad that it's on sale at launch, definitely makes up for the long wait.
