It has its moments, it can be a ton of fun and an incredible adrenalin filled experience, but it can also be so tedious, unfair and frustrating. It mostly just depends on what kinda patch is currently live and what kinda mood the AI is in.

That aside, with these "mood-Swings" I'd still recommend it, if it weren't for the countless bugs, from minor, mostly fun ones to absolutly game breaking ones and they're very, very frequent.
Randomly getting lauched into the sky, flying out of bounds and dying? Yeah, got that.
Your weapons suddenly disappearing and you're now there defenceless? Got that.
Getting stuck on random spots? Yep.
And the list goes on and on.

They didn't even market this as a Beta, this is supposed to be the polished state?!
The Serves give up regularly aswell.

WOW

What a game! It's the stuff of dreams, something you might have dreamed about as a kid, a game where you could literally do everything. This is it.

The love and passion which must have gone into this is incredible, you can feel it everywhere you go.

Been a while since I've had so much fun with a game!

It immediately gave me a nostalgia trip to when I played "the Prisoner of Azkaban" and Lego Harry Potter. It's such a nice mix of exploration, puzzles, story and combat.

You can feel the dedication and love from the developers. It's all there, Hogwards for you to explore, Hogsmeade and more. Customization, amazing "armor" sets, various different spells and skill-trees.

If you're a Harry Potter fan, no matter if books or the movies, this is a must have. If you'de like to try out a really solid and good looking RPG with a lot to explore and solve, it's also worth a shot.

A souls game through and through and so much more!

Once again, an absolute masterpiece of a game. It has the soul and feeling of the Dark Souls games, coupled with the good bits from Sekiro and Bloodborne, additionally to this there's this magnificently crafted open world, free to explore and die in ... often

It's almost surreal how addictive this game is and if you liked any of the previous Fromsoftware "Souls" games, you'll 100% love this one

Yes, as is tradition my now, with these developers, the PC side of things isn't something to write home about, you're usual weird controlls, especially with a controller on PC, no +60FPS and the performance definitly isn't something we'd call "2022", but those issues are minimal compared to what the game overall offers you.
Btw: If you're having problems with framedrops and stuttering, try to play the game in Borderless-Windowed mode

It's been quite some time since I played a game as intense and fun as F1 2021!

The sounds are absolutly amazing, the feeling you have with the different F1 cars is amazing, it also looks good and heck, even the battles against the AI are amazing AF!

Career mode, especially CO-OP has provided me and my friend with so much fun it's almost unbelievable, although keep in mind that for Multiplayer to work well, a stable internet connection is certainly highly advised.

The only thing I quite often don't understand why/how it happened are the enforced FIA rules ... but hey, it's just like in the real F1 2021 season, sooo realistic? ;)

(Played it with a controler and steering wheel, defintily can't advise anyone to play it with a keayboard)

Update: Finished 1st Playthrough

Ok, it's not easy. If I could I'd give a "sideways thumb", but I can't and still comparing this to some other AAA games games à la Ubisoft, EA and such after 2015-now, I had more fun with this game, so I'll leave a positive mark with a huge spoon of salt.

Just focus on the story, it is very good and by far the best part of the game, it definitly has its moments, no doubt, it is good! And don't forget to MEET HANAKO AT EMBERS!!! (You'll get what I mean should you get there)

But sadly literally everything else besides the story is at max mediocre, with the gunplay beeing the only last "OK" part. The city was very impressive in the first 10 hours, the artists have done a fantastic job and it does all feel very alive and inviting for an exploration, with what feels like every 2nd corner beeing screenshot worthy, it's only after the intial couple of missions where you realize that all of this open world simply feels like the cheap simulation which only serves as a playground for the quests. The major AI flaws become more and more prominent once the first cultural shock and flashy lights wear off.

And no matter how impresive the city is, to this date I still can't drive anywhere without the map or GPS, a city needs a well thought out street system and memorable places which help you orientate, Los Santos (GTA V) is fantastic for this, heck even Steelport (Saints Row 3) feels more natural than Night City.

To put it short, it definitly isn't what was promised and I personally did put way too much trust into CDPR and was more willing to glance past their mistakes, this view has changed! It's sad, Cyberpunk feels and plays like an early Beta game and it is, no doubt, rushed to release, I's a shame. It had the potential to be Game of the Year 2021, heck, seeing as it is now, wouldn't have mindend a 2022 release either, now it's too late.

Wait half a year for, hopefully, some of the more major bugs and AI flaws to be patched and just play it for the story, not for the open world or the RPG.

CD Project, why did you have to do us like this?

Old, 5 hours in, review:

What's there to say?

A couple of hours in and I fell in love with this game! Amazing RPG elements and the world of Cyberpunk ... absolutly stunning. Every single street, alleyway and corner is worthy of an exploration and plastered with detail, it's very easy to get lost in it. 5 hours in and only did like 3 main story missions. DO THE SIDE QUESTS, they are quality AF.

Driving is OK, the cars do feel different, but the physics are, well, what you'd expect from a game which isn't mainly about cars, but I didn't care, you have the whole city surrounding your car! The shooting feels great. Guns give you nice feedback and the sound design is great aswell. Melee could be better, but it's worth a shot, you might like it or you might not.
Graphically it is out of this world, if you have the hardware that is, because sadly the optimization is what you'd typically expect from a bad console port, although from what I've heard it doesn't even run well on consoles, so, there's that. With the right horsepower, this for me is hands down the best and most immersive game I've ever played, YES. better than Red Dead 2, dunno about Witcher 3 yet ;)

So what about bugs? Honestly, reading some other reviews about it on Steam, the Inernet etc, it makes it seem like this is the next Fallout 76 and that's not the case at all! They are annoying and sometimes immersion breaking but it no where near outweighs the other qualities of this game! (I know, they promised "bugs will be fixed"; "Done when ready" etc. I don't mind it that much, your opinion might be different)

If you're sceptical, wait a bit, either for them to patch out some of the major bugs or(and) until you get hold of better hardware. But seriously, if you'd ask me if I would rather have it be delayed again for a couple of months and have some of the issues fixed or simply have it the way it is right now, I'd pick what we have right here!

No matter the hardware, if you want better performance without to much graphical fidelity beeing lost:
-Lower the setting "Max Dynamic Decals"
-Lower the setting "Cascaded Shadows Resolution"
-Turn off "Chromatic aberration"

Personally, I don't think 4K is worth the performance loss, even if you have a powerfull enough GPU
(My hardware, RTX 3090 and AMD Ryzen 9 3950x) Game version 1.4

You get mods with more and better content for free!
This DLC is a nice little expansion, but it costs more than the Wicther 3 with all its Expansions...

Paradox is one of the few companies which have a really, really terrible DLC expansion policy.

Luckily I've been gifted this DLC, because I would have never bought it on my own

I've played it for a couple of hours, so it seems to be alright

Jokes aside, there is no competition for a game like War Thunder, this obvisouly comes with its downsided, but as far combined arms goes, multiplayer tank/plane/helicopter and even ship battles, this is THE game.

Do you love military vehicles of any kind and want to fight against other players? Than this is it.

Content wise there is no other game which can hold up to this, there's thousands of unique and highly detailed vehicle models one can play.

Gameplay wise it's up to ones own personal preference, while they still offer 3 distinct gamemodes, entry-level easy to get behind "Arcade" mode, the all-rounder "Realistic" mode and something slightly more hardcore, "Simulation"
