Despite its flaws, from a inconsistent cover system and a generally underwhelming sense of firefights, this game for its narrative alone, and how it presents war is a necessary component to the genre. Most of its players understand the gravity of what violence, war and the themes of the genre mean in the real world, enough to persuade a life of responsibility, but this game shows there are no clear cut lines to what we think is right, or just. War is necessary so long as we believe it so, and so long as there are 2 people on this Earth, it will exist, but we are all still human, and must retain our humanity as long as we live. This game is an oxymoron, a paradox of choice, consequences, and what it means to do what's right, or at least what we think is.

Never been more angry to beat a game than this. A train wreck from the start, the only thing you will feel is Rage from how dull and decidedly boring this game is, while presenting itself as an attempted successor to the classics that made ID great. Congratulations, I am RAGE.

Dropped another unbalanced, untested Survivor/Killer combo, from my favorite movie of all time. Even messed up modeling Ripley, when they've gotten it right since 2014 with Alien Isolation. Behavior needs to either stop developing this game, or at least put the most minute amount of effort if they're going to keep lining their pockets.

The people who cry about camping killers have never played killer. Survivors have it easy.

A game for if you have friends, which I don't

Every match you play is made against people who take forever to take a turn, and they'll always have the right cards to destroy you, absolutely no balance.

Most of the reviews here are from Left 4 Dead diehard fans who don't seem to have a reason to complain other than price. Wait for a sale, cool, but the game is fun, and looks like it will have a lot more going for it on base than Left 4 Dead had aside from mods.

A fun ride, but replayability is lacking.
