This is the best demon-killing simulator I've ever played.

I never played the original Doom, but after enjoying Doom 2016 so much, I'm excited to try my hand at Doom: Eternal too. I loved the soundtrack in this game, the voices are so deep and immersive (I love Samuel Hayden's commanding voice), and the weapons are incredibly satisfying. I thought this would be a simple game of just killing demons with guns, but I found myself drawn into the gameplay, level design, world immersion & storytelling the more I played.

Once you get to near the end of the game and unlock the Rune that grants you infinite ammo on 75/100 shield points, you can really walk into any area and just spray your weapon at anything that moves and you're good to go. It's a kind of satisfaction that this game has captured very well which I'm pleasantly surprised at.

The MOST WORTH $5 I ever paid for. And even after 8 years from its release, it still holds up very well (other than occasional crashes on my PC when loading Rune Challenges or ending levels). Even if you're a casual FPS gamer or someone who just wants to turn off your brain and just spray and play, this is really worth trying. I might update my review after finishing Doom: Eternal too.

Amazing, immersive open world, machines to fight and a sassy protagonist. What's not to love? Can't wait for the sequel Forbidden West to come out on Steam soon.

If you look past the bad combat system, slow travel across the map choices (other than fast travel). slight glitches and crashes, Chapter One is a solid installment in the Frogwares category. I've read and watched lots of bad reviewing criticising this game, and while I do recognise some parts can be improved on for future titles. I find this game is one that you won't enjoy straightaway but gradually grow to enjoy it. The story I feel is the strongest element of this game, and the weight of decisions and deductions will really impact the way you play and feel. Having your own manor, being able to purchase clothing and furniture, and having a much larger map to explore compared to previous titles makes this game a solid step in the right direction. The vast quantity and variety of missions is great too, even after completing all the story & DLC missions, I still was left wanting more.

If you have played previous Frogware Sherlock games like Devil's Daughter, or my more favourite Crimes & Punishments, you'll be used to a lot of the interactions, disguise system, deductions and ways that the game doesn't point out the next step for you, making you really think hard and unleashing your inner detective. Some may say C&P is better than this, but I think this is in its own league and both games offer different enjoyable experiences. And I will say the developers really built up the story missions well to lead up to an emotionally impactful ending, where no one answer is more right or wrong.

I would 100% recommend anyone to get this game on sale, with all the DLC cases because they add a lot of value onto the base game. It felt fun running around a different setting solving crimes and mysteries. I wish they would improve on the combat system in the next game, provide more options for transport (like a mount or riding in a carriage like in C&P), besides fast travel, and provide even more variety of costumes and ways to interact with the everyday citizens besides just asking them questions. I also would like to see more ways to earn money besides missions and bandit lairs, and I want more complex missions involving helping the police with solving crimes. Overall, this is a good 7.5 out of 10 for me, but don't be scared to try out the game for yourself.

I found myself crashing/damaging this vehicle more often than the Crown Vic, Panther Z & Interceptor, could be because its just so large. The engine sounds really make it sound like a real workhorse. Can't wait for the current mod developers to update their skins for this vehicle and looking forward to fit more than 2 suspects in the back during longer shifts/open patrol ^^

Also love that Astragon gave it to Early Access players for free, can't wait to see future features like a garage for repairs, or more advanced customisation of cars and uniforms.

UPDATE: After trying to fit more than 2 suspects at the back of the UTV, it says that there is no more space in the car for suspects. Hope Astragon can fix this in the next patch to accommodate for 4 suspects.

The game is sometimes a buggy mess, but its core story, characters and weapons are solid for this title. I like it slightly more than Mafia 2 DE simply cos of more replayability - such as the Grow House, Sammy's Bar, the street races and chasing after a guy with a nuke. The gameplay is quite repetitive at times and it can get a bit boring, but if you pace it out with collectible-chasing and playing other side missions/DLC missions, then the game is pretty rich. I especially love the boss missions and the DLC missions the most.

Though the game is short, the graphics and combat style of gameplay made this game really fun. It's good for a casual campaign run-through, and if you appreciate ancient rome combat and mythology.

Totally fun squad-based RTS game, its really like a medieval version of Company of Heroes. I love that game a lot and medieval history (I've sunk hours and hours into M2TW), so this game was a surprising gem for me. I love the characters, storyline and unit special abilities and armours. I agree that the melee combat can get quite messy when your units pile up and you can't really maneuver around for flanking charges, however the core of the game is still easy to learn, has a good balance of resource management and historical accuracy.

If you like company of heroes/men of war/medieval 2 total war/chivarly/mount and blade warband or any other medieval game, you might enjoy this too. The campaigns might be quite limited but they're great fun.

This game is great open world zombie killing and base building fun.

Especially if you came from State of Decay 1, a lot of gameplay is brought over from the first game, but this sequel has a lot of new mechanics. And with Juggernaut edition, its a lot easier to progress.

Love this game and hope that they add more content in the future!!

Compared to the diversity of the original game, this expansion breaths new life into the game and explores more specific scenarios that happened in various parts of the world during different time periods. I will therefore give a brief review on each individual campaign.

Americas Campaign 5/10
My least favourite campaign of the kingdoms expansion, the americas campaign somehow does not feel as refreshing or as relaxed as some of the other campaigns. There are several native American tribes to choose from, and a select few Christian Kingdoms, withe Spain as the poster faction. Though I can see the developers placed quite a bit of effort into this campaign, it feels darker and it doesn't quite help when it is hard to identify the units when fighting other factions including your own. Some people may actually like this campaign as it brings a break from the Europe and Asian continent, though, I would have to say it is more challenging to play and requires a lot more patience.

Britannia Campaign 7/10
The britannia campaign is quite a stark difference from the other campaigns in that it focuses on only the Emerald Isles and not a single part of the continent. It may actually feel squeezy and small at times when you maneuver the world map. Instead its focus is on the various factions existing around the time period. It was surprising to see another smaller alliance and even Norway in this campaign. With the big giant factions of England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales. Each faction has an interesting starting location, and very quickly the player will be forced into a war or soon be thrust into one. This campaign feels more rushed and more tight than the other campaigns, but what makes it good is the clear distinction between all of the faction's armies which are hardly or never seen in the main game.

Teutonic Campaign 8/10
The Teutonic Campaign, as mentioned in the name, places its main focus on the Germanic Teutonic Order of Knights, known shortly as the Teutonic Order, where they held significant amounts of territories to form a strong power base in North and NorthEast Europe. The other factions included in this campaign are slight variations of the standard game, where the Order is immediately thrust into the war with the Lithuanians. The "side" factions in this game are almost just as fun to play as the Order itself, with the Republics of Novgorod, Denmark (Eventually the Kalmar Union), Poland and supporting unplayable giants such as the mighty Holy Roman Empire and the Mongolian Golden Horde. The reason why I found this campaign very fun was its emphasis on central and northern Europe and again the large variations of armies fielded by the different factions. The map size is larger and more comfortable for your armies to stretch across the lands. This campaign also places importance on territories close to the sea and may include frequent naval fights/landings.

Crusades Campaign 9/10
The crusades campaign for me was the most fun in the Kingdoms expansion due to massive map and the interesting mix of factions that totally contrasted one another. The Holy Lands in Outremer, held by the Crusader States of the Kingdom of Jerusalem (including the County of Tripoli) and the Principality of Antioch (including the County of Edessa) versus the Islamic factions of the Seljuk Turks in Asia Minor and the Fatmid Mamluks of Egypt. Even the Byzantine Empire plays a totally different role here in the conflict as a middle-man and can stand ready to side/fight against any of them. Though this campaign has roughly 5 main factions, each of the factions have access to very powerful units or a diverse mix of good units to beat their enemies. Each faction depending on how you play, can start peacefully at first, but will engage into conflict very soon after starting the game. Many unforseen events happen during this campaign that make the game even more fun and unpredictable. In this game, each of the factions will have to be very independent and not depend on any/much allies for help which helps the player outstretch their thinking and figure out a larger course of action they wish to take.

OVERALL: Kingdoms Expansion itself is a great expansion, and worth it even for its original price (though you still might want to get it on sale) and helps to bring more replay value and appreciation to more specific scenarios of history and conflicts to different scales which many players will enjoy.
