it's addicting because it's a collect and unlock game

One of the few games that forces me into a trance like state. no food, no sleep, no bathroom, only fortress.

I like this game and i'd love to see more like this. Maybe a futuristic shooter with some hard hitting house music.

When you first start this game, you will have no idea how to fire on beat and you impulsively want to click faster to fire. Set the rhythm counter to loose at first. Maybe auto fire if you lack rhythm. Ramp it up as you get more confident.

Also, pro tip, set reload to right click, it makes your life a lot easier letting your right hand dictate rhythm and your left to move.

I've been playing Runescape since 2001. Over 35 days worth of game time since this review. I was not as invested as some folks but i enjoyed the game nevertheless. I made an account in December of that year and i missed out on all the rare item drops. Most of my tenure was as a free player and only until recently did i get a membership.

Would i recommend this game? Absolutely! You have an overwhelming amount of content that you can enjoy. 20 years worth of updates and different ways that you can play. Want to kill things? There's plenty of combat! Want to skill and contribute to the economy? There's people who do just that. Want to go on a quest? Adventure awaits.

I recommend this game if you're willing to wait for a sale or just buy all the DLC outright. It's one of those that's more fun with more content. Unless you want to dedicate 4-8 hours playing a game, you won't finish a game in one sitting. There's a learning curve and i'm still learning stuff after so many hours of work. I recommend watching potato mcwhiskey on youtube if you want to go deep into the strategy of this game.

I loved reading axe cop back in the day and now i can play it as an RPG.

Some cool things:
You start running when you hold down a direction key and it feels awesome, sure beats walking.
You start hopping over platforms when you start running. That's awesome too

Some not cool things:
I either haven't found it or there's no place to fully heal your party. You have to buy healing items. Good news is there's an abundance of these and i have yet to run out... But i guess it's because Axe cop never sleeps? IDK

I'm liking it so far and if you like the comics and RPGs with your favorite characters, get this.

I get terrible motion sickness playing this, i can only play a half hour before i start getting knots in my stomach. It's Real shame, i loved these games growing up.


Edit 3/5/2022 decided to give this a run after i upgraded my setup. I'm running a 3070 TI with 1080p 280 hz monitors... Still feel nauseous after 10 minutes of play. Not sure what it is, even with motion blur i feel terrible after a short gaming session.

This is the greatest panda protagonist game to exist.

Great game!

The only game where it's easy to pick up chicks.
