Decent game if can get it on sale

Starts up slow but very quickly gets challenging (you do have to think)

Animations are not as polished but ok they do the job

Controls are ok for turn-based gaming, but there is no rebinding, so you are tied to WASD etc

Replays are goofy as heck and reminds you that you are not John Wick

Operation is not smooth, extremely bad movement is rage-inducing, controls buggy, no proper airstrafing, no double jumps, movement is based on character and cheese not skill

GPU utilisation is stuck low and there are microstutters all over the place, shaders not precompiled

Too many heroes, so a high amount of knowledge is required for proper performance in matches, and sometimes the hero you want can not be picked for whatever reason

Excellent movement (some hidden wall running and air strafing assist exists), campaign is pretty decent, writing is conclusive, without loose ends

Horrible movement

If you knew how to play Doom then you will know how to play this. Consume everything that does not move and kill every thing that moves. Aside from that, there seems to be a plot, but the plot matters not.

Movement is basically the same as Doom 2016.

Thanks to the developers who prepared a full lecture, I was able to understand the backstory of the game very efficiently before actually playing it. Also the ship is controlled basically like a space car. There is no move left / move right. But there is drifting, which compensates for that.

The game is highly optimised, no hitching from start to end. Very good.

Logistics wise, the game plays like Mass Effect, but much succinctly.

Levelling is *very* potent and there are dramatic differences between each upgrade. It is highly advisable to change the add-ons based on the situation. Also they stack and there are set bonuses. Very good.

Decent title given its age but the various forms of forced chases gets annoying. Also ridiculous reticle offsets.

1. If cringe was quantifiable and can be dished out in precise servings every 5 minutes, this game has it. It was total nerd cringe from the start and the setting works perfectly.

2. Your goal is to amass resources from everybody so you have enough computing power to take down a tech giant. But at the same time you are taught to steal from the people here & there for small rewards????

3. Graphics bugs (flickering outside) not fixed

Decently built title for PvE, good performance, but no movement tricks (basically you have to walk) and you have to sit out the round if downed.

Additional observations:
- NPCs always flank you from your right, so wedge the doors and hug right wall and you can not be flanked
- Shoot leg 10 times with MP5 to down enemy non-lethally (non-lethal shotgun is not accurate)

- In every way an improvement over the last title
- Swinging is at least 20% faster, more ways to get speed, and at high speed objects do not clip
