The game is fun, and has tons of potential. Unfortunately, the 4 total missions (including tutorial), and their approximately 60 minutes of gameplay do not justify $20.

The only way you could justify calling this game a simulator is if you consider the challenge of making the game work gameplay.

• CONSTANT game breaking bugs- freezing, AI pathfinding quitting, GPS not working, and missions not advancing to name a few.
  
• Save function doesn't seem to work
  
• Optimization is horrendous. FPS stutters consistantly on all settings. By the way, don't bother changing the settings in the launcher, they'll be set to default once you get in the game.
  
• Textures are abysmal. Fire textures look like clip art sprites. Draw distance is around 10 feet.
  
• Gameplay is just bad. Trucks drive a little like shopping carts, but on an ice rink.

If the game were optimized and bugs were fixed, it would be playable. Maybe even enjoyable. But for now, it's a scam. There is no way this game is worth anywhere near $35. Go support EmergeNYC instead.

Minecraft with Lego? That sounds awesome! Unfortunately, this game is neither of those things.

Pros:

• Officially licensed by Lego
  
• Incredible detail on individual bricks that make up the world
  
• Truly open world
  
• Full controller support

Cons:

• Clunkiest UI I have ever seen in a game
  
• Tiny (TINY) map size
  
• Serious lack of content (although I'm willing to overlook this because of EA status)
  
• And if we're talking about EA status, update frequency is ridiculous sparse.
  
• Awful control schemes

Overall this could be an awesome game, and I hope it will be eventually. Right now, however, it's a project, and barely playable at that.

I really want to like this game. And, mostly, I do. A major problem that cannot be overlooked, however, is the fact that on the later levels (starting with group 5 I think) you cannot figure out some hexes without guessing.No puzzle game should force you to guess; there should always be a way to figure a level out, and it becomes extremely frustrating when there's not.

But overall, the game is enjoyable for killing time while listening to some music.

First things first—the game is pretty good.

But I cannot justify giving it a thumbs up in it's current state. Even at the sale price of $10 I'm a little dissapointed. If I had spent $20 I would be mad. Bottom line, This is a $5 game.

If the cars weren't unusually shiny and some better models were used I would like the game MUCH more. It would be nice to see some lighting options as well (traffic director, better flashpatterns), but if that is a big concern for you, maybe LCPDFR is worth the hassle.

I think that really sums up the game quite well. It's ok, but if you have any interest in a police sim you're better off with LCPDFR.

This game is kinda hard...
