Hello all: The purpose of INCIDENT COMMANDER is two-fold: Offer scenarios that give first-responders a chance to work through serious scenarios where they can put their skills to the test. BUT, we also want a fun, open sandbox style game where players can just have a great time doing all kinds of incident-related tasks. When using the throw bags to rescue some of the people clinging to the rock closest to the debris blocking the river, instead of being pulled ashore they'll clip through the ground, still attached to the throw bag, and "drift" towards the center of the non-flooded town area at a slow pace, and this lasts infinitely. The firefighters/CERT team using the throw bag are stuck as well since their throw bag is still in use. Anyone else run into this problem?...

I've been keeping my eye on this for a while and think it looks very interesting, however, it seems like there isn't much activity on it. Is this worth getting or is it a dead game?
