Old but still one of my favorite game franchises. Sadly, but fortunately Steam finally added it to its game library.

I like it so far but in my humble opinion it has a very steep learning curve. Being a Luddite I miss having a game book at my side that walked you through or explained in detail how you accomplished things in game. But, I am looking forward into playing through this game.

I like this game. Interesting dynamic and straight forward playing. My only issues are a lack of a book to explain how to do some stuff or interact with certain map icons. I did go through YouTube tutorials but they don’t seem to help me much at least right now. My major gripe is that the game doesn’t seem into account the level or strength of your group. Wolves just tear through me and one bandit encounter destroyed my group like nothing. I am playing the game on easy and won’t quite give up yet but we shall see.

I purchased this last Christmas and I just started playing it and I have to say, outside the dated graphics it’s a pretty cool game. Granted I am only on my first real adventure and I never played the first game but overall it’s a good game with a few minor glitches.

I can’t say enough about this game, except to say that I love it. I have played most of the European powers and a few of the Moorish lands. When are they releasing Medieval Total War III?

This game seems to offer everything I would want in a game but as a friend told me, STEEP learning curve. I played it briefly and was totally lost even after going through the tutorial. Not giving up quite yet but side lining it until I have time to spare and immerse myself fully. Of course I am playing Navarre!

Rather short but good. I dislike the driving vehicles controls but the fighting barehanded and using the different guns is pretty cool. I hope they make other expansion maps and areas to explore. Maybe a rival mob family to fight off now that would be cool!!
