Sony has walked back the requirements. We got a Major Order in real life and we completed it in 48 hours. Just need to get the locked countries able to purchase the game again! WE DIVE TOGETHER OR WE DON'T DIVE!

Had I written a review a week or 2 ago, 10/10 GOTY top spot. Unfortunately the publisher Sony has decided to bear down and relatively suddenly *actually* require linking a PSN account, but for the past months it's been a "requirement" that was essentially waived. Oddly enough just shortly before Sony's earnings report? Tin foil hat says artificially boost PSN user numbers? In addition to the over 100 countries that you cannot make a PSN account in, some countries such as the UK and Ireland iirc, PSN accounts require uploads of gov ID and/or selfie photo age verification. For a PC game. We're tired of this ♥♥♥♥. This is also ignoring Sony's super awesome track record of keeping users personal data 100% safe and secure. Devs have privately stated Sony says countries without PSN won't have the requirement, but then why have the requirement for some but not all? At the very least it isn't robbery and allows people to play, but it's still sum bag behavior. Devs: 10/10 amazing game GOTY contender Publisher SONY 2, maybe 3/10 cannot recommend in current state. ♥♥♥♥ you, Sony. Love you, AH.

Game's fine. Ignore the stupid Capcom MTX crap and once you're in game it doesn't exist. Frames get shakey in towns with lots of NPCs and by shakey I mean ~30s. Fix the CPU usage on the NPCs and it's a great game. currently it's like 8/10.

Extremely poor performance even with high end hardware (3900x, RTX 2080 (non-super), 32gb 3600mhz), 'automatic' settings to keep fps at 144 looks like a game from 2004 and even still had dips under 30, handling physics are a joke even for an arcade racer. NFS 2015 had better physics imo. Sorry Codemasters, I can't look over both massive issues. At least one needs to be fixed.

Amazing game. Tons of content both end game and not. Coming up on 300 hours on PC to add to almost the same on PS4, and I'm expecting another 1,000 hours. Easily a great $/entertainment value.
