Just got Tabletop Simulator and I gotta say, it looks like the sort of thing that could make playing certain games long distance a lot easier with a minimal amount of pain. Notably, the community has uploaded Arkham Horror and Eldritch Horror assets with some minor scripting that might make it possible to play those games online. Food for thought...
