I'm surprised this game is not as liked compared to the other games. Personally? It's a home-run for me.

This game makes me sad.

"Freestyle 2 is an incredibly polished basketball-themed game" This has aged so badly, MMOs. Even during the game's prime it wasn't polished, and was always a broken mess. Unbalanced game, the company doesn't care about their player-base, and this game will continue to die out until it is nothing but a constant reminder to those who wasted their money on this.

A very relatable game to be honest. 10/10 game.

Ryo Aoki's actor (Will Yun Lee) plays as Wei Shen in Sleeping Dogs. Game would have been 10/10 if there were actually dogs sleeping. Game gets a 9/10.

When Jo Sawashiro, Shusuke Kenmochi, Homare Nishitani, Daimu Akutsu, Kazuki Soma, and Ryo Aoki teamed up against the entirety of the Omi Alliance, I legit got goosebumps from it.

10/10 game.

I want Saeko to step on me and violently fart on my balls until the world explodes. The best girl in RGGS history ever is right next to Ryuji's mom from Kiwami 2 and Mikiko from Lost Judgment's Kaito Files.

As someone who plays fighting games regularly, this game is NOT recommended for anyone at all. The game is so unbalanced, that it's not even funny. I can excuse that Sailor Moon game for being broken cause the companies that were behind it are absolutely dead, but I can't excuse the same for this game cause the company that works for it is still alive.

There's so many bad things I can say about this joke of a game, as someone who is gold and regularly beats Diamonds/Platinums, etc. The hit-stun lasts way too long, almost every weapon is broken, the community can be toxic most of the time (hence I said MOST), and the game is unenjoyable to play competitive. If you are a casual, you'll probably have more fun in casuals than in ranked. Oh, the ranked system is a complete joke too, a good one too.

I'm surprised that this game EVEN has a competitive scene, it's astonishing to me. In conclusion, I do not recommend this to anyone looking for a fairly balanced, decent fighting game, go buy a good fighting game like Rivals of Aether or install the free Super Smash Flash 2 game and you'll see how much better those two games are than this husk of a fighting game. All you'll get is spammers, sweats, almost un-escapable combos, and players that lag like hell cause they can't afford good Wi-Fi.
