it might be a simple unity top down shooter that uses unecessary GPU power but i like the style of the game for its classic top down horror gameplay music and survival management when you want a single player game to relax away from the horrors of multiplayer

Less bugs than 2 point hospital, far more gameplay mechanics but has 1 fatal flaw, it has too many redundancies. Actual hospitals has departments that share resources. I should not need to keep placing an overnight on call room and facilities for every department, which is detrimental because of physical space and how far staff and patients have to travel, not to mention the staff not sharing facilities between departments (bathrooms, staff rooms, cleaners).

I know the programming logic was done in a simple way, but why not allow assigning common rooms to various departments rather than having many, i prefer to have 1 larger central common room fully equipped than many smaller less equipped ones. Same with the rooms that are common across departments. For example, many departments have their own GPs, why not combine this and just sort the patients based on the doctor's qualification.

While i give this a thumbs up, as its scales better than 2 point hospital between small and large hospitals, 2 point hospital fails catastrophically when your hospital grows large whereas this game doesnt but lack of sharing common resources means you'll need so much space planning, not to mention how difficult it is to move a room (you have to delete room, respace and move everything and redo the walls and doors).

Early Access Review
The game is too simple and gets boring very easily. Its not much of a sandbox either as it misses out on a lot of more complex gameplay mechanics.

Heres a list of features i'd like to see
- layout should matter. what use is it to have partitions for privacy if it doesnt matter? Also people should walk around either to get coffee/break or to even for teamwork
- a lot of items dont have a function, except to just be there. Coffee should increase productivity for those that drink it. Demands so far do give negative if item is not present but that doesnt mean that you cannot have other items/benefits to boost productivity. Other items should also provide a function too such as the meeting table and even the bookcase.
- no entrance, some clients should enter and employees enter/leaving, again having them walk around to make it seem like an actual office
- lead devs should require working with devs. This means that if a lead dev creates a component, it should require working simultaneously with the developers,
- employees should make use of different items depending on field.

I wonder if the studio that made this is also a startup :P .

Very bad technical issues. I cant even complete the demo as it crashes in so many places for so many different reasons. For example if you parachute to the ground and walk towards the waypoint it crashes. Random crashes all over the place and i tried various different things from making sure the GPU has enough power and voltage, using the most recent drivers, various graphics settings.

The game is completely unplayable even though i get 60 fps. It just crashes and its been a year since release and it is still not fixed.

I made sure my system has all the requirements, stable good PSU, proper cooling, no overclocking, very fast CPU and GPU, 32 GB of ram, RAID 0 drives. Did the cache integrity check.

If you look closely even on the highest graphical settings the demo looks ugly. I never managed to even drive halfway in the demo so i cant tell where people say it looks good.

For the retail price of the game bad programming is unacceptable. Other more expensive games like crysis 3 did much better technically when released.

The techincal issues are just so bad that i cant even play the game. Whats worse is some of the crashes require restarting your computer.
