In short - is it worth the price? No, it definetly isn't.
It brings some new mechanics, but mostly they are refurbished of the base game. The mini-campaign is kinda disapointing, mainly of the only choice of beastman faction. Unfortunately there is nothing more to add. If you want this DLC, wait for sale.
