Solid game, decidedly fair monetization, now free from PSN requirement & accessible anywhere Steam is once again

Remember the battle of PlayStation Creek

Had a fun time!

Desync issues caused myself and the friend I was playing with to have some solid confusion a couple times, but thankfully it didn't happen in the Rival Room like some of the other reviews I read before buying the game said.

The puzzles are relatively simple as escape rooms go and there's a lot of signposting if you pay attention, so it's not a huge challenge if you're looking for that (though the fact that they put "blissfully approachable" as a featured quote in the trailer should tip you off to that before you buy).

The story is pretty decent. I enjoyed it, nothing groundbreaking, but I wasn't really expecting a crazy story from this. If you like the pitch in the trailer, that's pretty much the story you're getting.

The game doesn't have a strong co-op focus. All the puzzles are completable solo, and they don't change for co-op sessions (though I will admit, having the key on one end of the split-screen and the puzzle on the other did make things go a little nicer)

Price-wise, I think it's pretty reasonable. it's not super long as games go for $20, but considering going to a real-life escape room is about double the price per person for one room, I don't mind it too much. It has gone on sale relatively regularly though, so if $20 is hard to stomach, you can pick it up for a little less if you're patient.

Haven't yet tried the DLCs and I'm not sure if I will, but we'll see.

Also you can pet the digital dog and non-digital rat.

Thank you.
Thank you for creating something that has no specific objective, no particular need, no collectible items, just a beautiful, living world that I can fly around in as a bird to calm down and feel free.

It Takes Two is an incredibly solid co-op puzzle platformer with some very solid movement mechanics and a really nice story to boot. The pricing is more than fair (like, damn, $40 for a co-op game that you can play with someone else online who doesn't have to buy it just to play with you? Hell yeah.) and it doesn't overstay its welcome or bloat itself with things that just exist to make you play for longer.
Highly, highly recommend

This game is a really neat concept built out with some really solid-feeling mechanics and supports high-speed play incredibly well. Would definitely recommend picking this up if you're interested in something like that

Early Access Review
This game is pretty neat so far, the biggest problem with the game at the moment is the server issues, which the devs have stated they're working on fixing. There are a couple other things that I'd like to see changed, like movement speed, backpack space, and the way the crafting system currently works (you can only craft one thing at a time unless you buy an upgrade with the premium currency)

I'll definitely be keeping an eye on this game, but I'd reccomend waiting a little bit (till the servers stop booting people every ~45 minutes) so you don't end up losing progression and getting frustrated

EDIT: RIP

Solid as hell game. The guns feel great to use (Sound design is top notch, and everything minus the plasma rifle feels like it does a good amount of damage). All the collectibles are neat, and the music is phenomenal. Doom Guy has a personality without ever speaking a word, it just comes out in his actions. I'd absolutely reccomend picking this up, especially considering it's only $20 at this point.

RIP AND TEAR

I very much enjoyed this game, it really makes progression feel rewarding and important. This is one of the few early access games I feel has done things in the right order, making a portion of solid, complete content then working to create more along a similar level of quality, instead of making a bunch of content that's mediocre and doesn't quite function properly, then trying to improve it after the fact.

An amazing cyberpunk shooter, the only problem it has is lack of players, we need more of you guys, get in here and give the game a shot!

Interesting concept, not real great execution. (Also no options of any kind which hurts this game significantly)

Rebindable keys? Why would you want that? Why would you want volume settings? or how about a menu that functions or gives you feedback in any meaningful way? No? cool.

Also the text-to-speech woman drives me up a wall.

I'd can't reccomend buying this, but I dunno, maybe it's someone else's thing.
