Vic3 is a fun strategy game, but considering the experience of the devs and publisher, there are a lot of issues that should have been solved before the game was launched. They have been patching the game, so you may have a smoother experience as time goes by.

The economy is not too deep, although you have a good amount of resources and a bit of complexity to play around with. The battle system is very simplified and the diplomacy is interesting. All in all it's fun to juggle the growth of a countries' economy with some wars in between and constitutional changes that shake your pops.

The puzzles are usually easy, although they are diverse. The few moments I fell stuck were due to me clicking on the correct object, but on the wrong spot. The Story is simple, but interesting.
It's a good simple puzzle game.

TLDR:
Visually looks very good;
Main Story and characters are nice.
Dialogue and story for side-quests is good for a handful of quests, then quickly gets bland, typical filler;
Horrible and sometimes non-existent AI;
Physics isn't very good;
7/10, not recommended in this state and at this price.

There are a handful of interesting side-quests, really fun to play. Then the rest is just a bland story with bad dialogue reused all over the game for tens of extra quests.

Traffic AI is non existent. The cars just follow roads. That's not an AI that's just basic scripting!
If you hit a car, nothing really happens. If you block even a little bit of the road, they just stop and wait for their "path" to be cleared.
Sometimes you will see cars stopped in the middle of the road and nothing happening there. Cars spawn close enough for you to clearly notice it.
When they drive around a corner they will sometime slow down and almost stop, despite the road being clear.
Traffic lights are always green for V and I see some cars disregard the traffic lights.

Police doesn't do any pursuit, they just run towards you and fire when in range. Run straight ahead and you're clear :|

It's a lifeless city. The problem is you will only realise this after a couple of hours of playtime.
Your immersion will start to break from the lack of traffic AI, lack of police AI and when you realise how soulless the residents of Night City are. They don't react to you or anything you do in a meaningful way. You saved someone from being murdered by a bunch of goons? The npc just murmurs a line and immediately goes on living its soulless life.

Physics: Touch a filled up plastic bag and it jumps around like a beach ball. Try to walk over it
(because it is now in your way) and you start hopping around like a kangaroo.
Motorcycles are the safest vehicles for you to drive, it's rare for you to fall out of it from hitting other cars or obstacles and you can ride in the desert straight ahead, don't need any roads (cars are easy to flip around if driven carelessly in the desert).
Melee fights could use some improvements, most of the time they will be far away from you, yet they will still hit you or just teleport forward (no not talking that skill),

Difficulty doesn't seem to have an effect on enemy vision or on how paranoid they are, which is a shame. I'm playing on the hardest difficulty and it just seems like enemies are bigger sponges and may do more damage.

I'm still getting bugs that affect gameplay, even after the initial patches:
On one of my quests (this happened again later) I couldn't pick up bodies from the floor, so I could only hope that no one would notice as I tried to remain stealthy for that quest.
At a certain point in the game, I lost the pop-up info for weapons in the inventory, so now I can't see the item stats from the inventory.
I've seen enemies walk through vehicles.

Wait for a promo, or for cdpr to improve the game, or fix gameplay bugs. It's not worth the price in its current state.

If you enjoy exploration, unlocking new things and upgrading your tools/ships/bases, then you'll like this game, despite the slight grind.
It's a good game, especially because it keeps being updated.

Years later, this game keeps getting updates.

9/10
RE2 is a great game, I never expected to play it for so many hours and to replay it so many times (Leon A, Claire A and B). Played with mouse and keyboard on "normal", the game mechanics are solid, puzzles are relatively easy, there is a little bit of backtracking and there is plenty of replay content.
Additionally there may be some nostalgia kicking in for you. I remembered certain scenes but otherwise vaguely remembered the original PSX RE2. Just know that although it's not exactly the same, it pays homage to the original.

Great City Builder, although after 100h you may feel like you've accomplished everything there was to do (on the base game)

This game is a great RPG. I really enjoyed the combat system, which is somewhat realistic. The difficulty may be a bit steep since your character isn't a fighter and may need some more grind to fight stronger oponents.
The devs kept fixing more bugs since the release, so in almost 100h I would say it's pretty good bug-wise.

Prey has a really nice environment and a good gameplay, but the best part is: randomly hitting a chair while thinking "I know you're in here somewhere!".
