The story is woke trash women empowerment in the same vain as the all women cast ghost busters movie. They made her more powerful than all Olympus and put the games namesake, Hades, in chains emasculated and worthless. The story is a pretty big disappointment compared to how good the first one was.

The rest of the game is good with about 50 hours of solid content if you grind it all out. If you are averse to overt woke inclusions then steer away.

If you can deal with the optimization issues then the game is pretty awesome. The monetization does suck but you can earn the currency in-game at a pretty reasonable pace without paying, people are over dramatizing the issue.

Great game, the finer details & more interesting gameplay won't open up to you unless you spend some real time with it

Bought this during a CAPCOM sale, really a fantastic game.

I think I missed it when it cmae out because it was console only. Its a great PC port and an underrated experience. This game deserves more attention.
