Overly convoluted spaghetti UI.

The game seems to have performance issues that particularly affect combat.
Major stuttering that makes it unplayable (I have an rtx 2060 for reference). And as the cherry on top, my session also ended with a crash.

Disappointing.

I usually don't mind DLC, but the way they've done it here is unacceptable to me. The game locks you out of some diplomacy options if you interact with a DLC faction that you don't own, and it doesn't help that you're surrounded by DLC factions almost all the time, severely limiting the way you interact with the campaign.

The game also requires you to own the first Total War: Warhammer in order to play the traditional sandboxy Total War campagin that you know and love. Without the first game, you're left with the "Vortex campagin" which has a gimmicky race mechanic that deviates too much from what I expect from a Total War game.

Very disappointing.

An interesting take on an Animal Crossing-esque village simulation game that puts a focus on setting up a workshop and crafting stuff for NPCs, competing with other workshops in the village. Feels a bit too indie and low budget on aspects such as animations, voice-acting, interface and controls.

Not worth the full price, get it on a sale.
