Soooooooo... any chance of getting N64 Netplay?

I'm playing a game with a fire button and a bomb button. I'm able to assign turbo to both buttons, but when I hold both buttons simultaneously, sometimes only the fire button registers, with turbo, while the bomb button fails to register anything; and sometimes the fire button and the bomb button register simultaneously, both with turbo, which is the desired result. It's just horribly designed and requires far too much extremely advanced knowledge on software engineering, computer programming to get setup and running. Not worth it just to play some retro games.
