I personally believe the game itself, to socialize and find new friends, new game worlds that can be as creative as your mind can be is AMAZING. The move they did to go to EAC wasn't a good idea in my opinion as so many other mod developers created optimizations or protections from the games exploiters/hackers. EAC has not prevented cheaters from exploiting this game as each day I am in public lobbies, I run into people teleporting object to people, flying around through walls and abusing UDON functions to break game worlds and more such as ESP and aimbot cheats in some shooting worlds. I will always recommend to these developers to make a steam workshop of approved mods that can be used in some way form or fashion to greater enhance the gameplay and performance and protection. If the devs ever do read this, please consider it!

Horrible devs, completely disconnected from the community and what the majority need/want. And before you comment on my review, the devs could just make steam workshop mods a thing but, nope, no communication about that atall. to top it all off, they use the worst damn anti cheat you could use, that bog down the game and your performance on an already unstable and horribly coded game.

fun game, love the grind. hate there is no mounts tho XD

Short answer: Good game, could be worked on to make it great.

Long answer: Still a good game, but with more detail.
Only problem I had with the innital part of this game (Which isn't that big of a deal as the game has WAY better content after) was the fact I had to go through all of the Alicization story timeline to unlock online play, which took around 10 hours for me as I didn't skip all cut scenes/dialog.

Load times could be greatly improved, aswell as the camera functionality while locked onto a target, it does some funky stuff 60% of the time. The controls for a keyboard/Mouse player are a little clunky, tho I got used to them.

FPS could be improved, I'm running an Intel I9-9900k with a RTX 2070 Super and 64GB of RAM, yet i'm getting at maximum, 80 FPS while fighting, and around 250+ while in a cutscene.
