I get all the way through the opening credits for the game, but it crashes on me when I get past the "Made on Norway" screen before the opening menu. An fixes? I tried the "OPENSSL_ia32cap" variable bit, but it doesn't help. I am using an nVidia GeForce RTX 3060 with all the drivers updated....

most fixes i can find is form 2022 but it seems to not work, i have tried OPENSSL_ia32cap fix and the one you go into the gamefiles and use starfile. Is there prehaps other fixes on W11?

the history seem to not make any sense. Is that becasue its not the first game and I didnt play the previous one? Or is the history weird even if you played the predecessor?

I played The Longest Journey but cannot get Dreamfall to work good on my computer so I was wondering will I be missing alot of the story if I just play the this game skipping dreamfall or will I be lost in what is going on?

I played the previous games long time ago, was fond of the first one and confused with the second and left wanting to know how it ended. So I would like to know if the game is now fully completed and whether if it will offer me a satisfying conclusion.
