Being a lady = same respect as being a guy
Women shouldn't be seperated from everyone else.
We are equal in mind but when it comes down to strength and such stuff then I am afraid men will almost always win. That doesn't mean men > women or that women are worth less than men. But let men and women compete in sports and there will be no women with one medal. Imagine a boxing match men vs women. Yeah ..
I suppose everyone has their strengths, seen a few female gamers I know play games like Battlefield 3, DoW, etc. and are good at a professional level
A true team respects each other and does not have drama.
but there's nothing physical about Dota....

Hm? What?

I mean... what?
The thing is - and I mean this in the nicest way possible - yes, there are women doing sports and e-sports but you >always< will find a men in the same field surpassing her.
This might sound rude and mean but as I said: this is just how things are; not looking down on women. Being good/bad at something doesn't make you a better person.
Sure ofc there are female players out there wich surpass me in Dota 2 but I am not the best male player by miles. If females could compete on the same level...if there was a female Dendi then teams would rip each other appart trying to get their hands on the player.
I was once leading a WoW guild wich had firstkills on a server. Sure we had 5-7 women in the guild >but< there was always a guy wich surpassed them. That doesn't mean they are not worthy being a part of the team/group (at least for PvE) but in high PvP this can be a problem.
Would a girl/women want to play for a huge team just because she is a women and they want her just for being a women? No. She wants to play there because she earned it by her skill.
this thread will derail fast, and it will fill up with trolling, flaming and spamming...
