failing to ready-up or abandonning game, not loading into game

i am now banned from playing for 24 hours because i am failing to load into the game around 1 out of every 4 or 5 games. I do not need a new computer, as this has never been an issue before. this is a new problem for me, and it has been happening ever since the latest patch. the first time it happened i had to wait 5 minutes or something to play again, no big deal. but the next couple times it made me wait 15 or 30 minutes or something. now i cannot play the game for 24 hours, and this is not anything i have any control over. the new compendium, and the new patch is fun to play, but this problem is causing me to not enjoy the game, and now i cant even play it. please valve fix this issue, and please lift the ban on me being able to play.

1. ignore the kid above me. he is a troll on these forums.
2. i think the problem is on your end. i have not had any issues whatso ever
3. valve will not lift this ban. its only 24 hours. especially since it is your issue that is causing you to abandon

thanks for your reply, but im not actually abandonning the games. when i look in my match history it doesnt show that im abandonning games. what happens is when i ready-up for a game, it fails to pull up the screen where it says that people are ready or still loading. i have never, ever had this issue before, unitl this latest patch. i have a good computer and my internet is good as well. if it is my problem i don't know what it could be. do you have any advice? how can i send in a ticket to valve at least?

check your router if you have one. verify your files. and check what happens to your network when you try to join. also what server are you on?

It's a bug of the game/valve's end. Happens to a lot of people where it just freezes on the loading logo
makes up 95% of failed to loads

They should change the cooldown so it's at most 15 minutes. People aren't failing to load on purpose and all it does is waste 4 minutes of 9 others' time.

Don't, please. One pointless ticket looked over is a useful ticket delayed. There are a limited number of people working in Valve's help desk, do not waste their time.
They will not remove your ban.
