Ok for AMD open up your driver panel, and click the display tab on the bottom. Turn on GPU scaling and for scaling mode, select full panel (I think maintain aspect ratio should work as well). I don't know how to do this on nVidia but you can look for similar options.

Looks like 1080p fullscreen now. I too had a lower display resolution when I had it set as [Fullscreen] in the game.
Seriously though. Its clearly ported directly from the ps4 since thats likely 900p upscaled.
At least they use compute shaders and actually have a reason for being D3D11, unlike a few recent titles from Square-Enix :P It bugs me when a game is D3D11 and then uses the D3D9 subset of features, because that kills off support for stuff like GeDoSaTo and various other tools.
acually fullscreen is just 1600x900 the resolution setting does nothing thats why it looks blurry :D
The swapchain resolution does change in windowed mode, in fullscreen it doesn't. I haven't had time to look at the individual rendertargets for each render pass, I'd prefer to play the game a bit before picking it apart :P
Yeah, here's to hoping.
So long as I run it in windowed mode it runs very stably, but when I switch to Fullscreen there's some interesting wonktitude above and beyond the resolution issues - performance plummets, framerate is very unstable, screen tearing gets pretty severe with and without VSYNC.
I haven't taken the time to go ahead and tweak anything in my NVidia Control Panel yet, largely because I'm having too much darned fun playing the game.
I do not want to use third-party software to play the game for which I paid $ 60. Where is the patch?
Agreed!
