Is there anyway to fix recorded game -files after a patch?

It kinda sucks that patches kill all the record files. To clarify you start getting "out of sync" errors when viewing old recorded files. I for one enjoy watching old records when Im bored!

In the past, we've made the previous patch available as a "beta" so you could finish up your old gamesaves and view old recorded games. 3.5 is currently up, I'll see if we can get 3.6 added as well.

Good to see theres some sort of solution. So there will be always only one older patch available? Guess there goes the hopes for watching really old records in the future. I like how you still can watch aoc records from 10 years back etc, since you can just install the correct version to view them. Would there be any possiblities to have some sort of version converter for the recorded files?
