0.60 Lag Spikes

I get around 80+ fps but I always get little to major lag spikes, anyone know why this happens?
I've got a good cooler, an i7 processor, a gtx 970 and 8gb ram.

Make sure your drivers are all up to date, your computer is dust free and clean your cache with CCleaner. Also do an antivirus scan or two. Other than that, I don't know how else to help. You might just have to wait for some more performance updates.

Damn this is an old post, the problem is that I don't have an SSD Card.

ssd or not im pretty sure that isnt the issue.. maybe the server is bad lol

It IS the problem with hard drive speed. Since your CPU and GPU is good enough, using an SSD for DayZ with definitely fix the issue for you.
