How to change the direction the characters are looking (without clipping)
Well yeah. That ^^
Is there a proper way to do it without having to just individually change each bone in the viewmodel?

Some models have something called "view_target", or something labelled similiar to that. It will be a bone place in front of the eyes. When it moves, the eyes continue to aim at it.

You may have to use a script to access the bone, though. It depends on the model.

Uh, I'm trying to get the spycrab thing where he holds the PDA and looks straight up.

Oh, you have to import the Spy's crouch_PDA or crouch_walk_PDA sequence, and set the body_pitch slider all the way up, like this: http://i.imgur.com/HuJZ17H.jpg
