Error with mod, help appreciated

I have an issue where when I try to start a game with this mod enabled, the game begins to load and then it kicks me back to the main menu (before I even see the civ splash screen). And ideas on how to fix this?

I have the same problem. I suspect it's due to not owning the 3 civ pack DLCs that are required for it.
Sure would be nice if there was a vanilla version if that's the reason for it.
