Proposed Changes
*THESE ADDITIONAL CHANGES ARE TENTATIVE AND UP FOR DISCUSSION*

[Policy Card Changes]
-Feudal Contract melee and ranged unit(Medieval and Renaissance era) production bonus increased from 50% to 75%.
-Grande Armée and ranged unit(Industrial and Modern era) production bonus increased from 50% to 100%.
-Military First melee and ranged unit(Atomic and Information Era) production bonus increased from 50% to 100%.
-Their Finest Hour air unit(Modern and Atomic era) production bonus increased from 50% to 100%.
-Strategic Air Force air unit and carrier(Information era) production bonus increased from 50% to 100%.

[Religious Belief Changes]
-Monastic Isolation now spreads the religion of religious units that are killed by military units(hard to code, ideas?)

[Land Unit Changes]
-Machine Gun now has 2 range(up from 1, consistent with all other ranged units.) Melee strength decreased to 60(down from 65).

[Air Unit Changes]
-The Bomber promotion, Torpedo Bomber, decreased to +10 vs naval units(down from +17).
-Bombers now have a base +7 combat strength vs naval units and vs siege units.

[Building Changes]
-Airport now gives a 50% bonus tourism modifier to the city in which it was built(hard to code, ideas?)

[Wonder Changes]
-Great Lighthouse now grants deep water movement for all units, land and naval, in addition to its current bonuses.
-Great Library now grants all the boosts to ancient, classical AND MEDIEVAL technologies when built in addition to its current bonuses.
-Hermitage now gives 6 great work of art slots(up from 4).
-Sydney Opera House now gives 4 great work of music slots(up from 3).

[Great People Changes]
-Great Generals and Great Admirals can no longer stack(hard to code, ideas?)

[Miscellaneous Changes]
-Roads built by trade routes now grant a bigger movement bonus than before(approximately an era ahead).
-All government legacy bonus accumulate twice as fast.

[Civilization Specific Changes]

[Mod Changes to Revert]
-All culture bonuses currently added to theater square buildings will revert back to what it is in the base game.
-Additional movement bonuses to frigates and ironclads reverted to base game. Galley and Destroyers still get +1 movement.
-Tomyris's heal ability was addressed by Firaxis's summer patch, so will be removed from this mod.
-Remove Irrigation tech requirement for Horseback Riding and Military Tactics tech requirement for Stirrups?(Not sure, discuss?)
-Revert change to Stonehenge, Terracotta Army, and Venetian Arsenal and put them back in their original techs?(Not sure, discuss?)

New changes to consider:

-Enlightenment now eliminates 75% of the tourism penalty from different religions(up from 50%)
-Raised the combat strength of all corps, armies, fleets, and armadas by +2.
-National Identity card now gives "Units take 100% less Combat Strength Penalty for being injured." (Up from 50%)
-Martial Law card now gives "Accumulate 50% less war weariness than usual." (Up from 25%)
-Professional Army card now gives "-30% discount on all unit upgrades"(Down from 50%)
-Remove Great Writer Points from Russian Lavra.
