Bug Reports
Howdy!

Please include the following in your bug reports:
  1. Code version number
  2. What went wrong
  3. How to reproduce the error
    • If it is hard to reproduce, a blueprint (if vanilla) or world (if modded) will suffice

This will help me fix any issues y'all find promptly!

My upside-down turret's inputs are all backwards(left/right and up/down). The turret is upside-down relative tot he cockpit I am sitting in. As soon as I rotate the elevation turret past 90deg up(relative to the turret's plane), the inputs then flip to being correct. After "fixing" the rotor input to be correct, I exit the cockpit and re-enter it, the inputs are backwards once again.

The turrets don't move with respect to the cockpit, they move with respect to the azimuth and elevation orientation. Turrets are designed to be controlled using a camera that is setup such that the turret appears right side up. This isn't a bug, its how I coded it :P

Putting a camera on it should make this a bit better for you :)

WHIP everytime I press 'C' or with weapons on tool bar to fire the weapons SE Crashes. Sometimes with a windows "This program has stopped working" or a Space Engineers crash report

Wat. Do you get a crash log?

Here are the screenshots http://imgur.com/a/hFtXc same thing copy/pasted into a private game not being ran on a dedicated server works fine

Hmm... Is that seat on a station grid? If so, try planning the seat on a rotor. For an explanation why you'd need to do this, check the note at the top of my description :)

Ahh...well, that kinda makes them useless for me if that's the case, hard to get outside and plunk into a turret, I was looking for an internal approach.

A remote control is still an internal approach.

Hmm, looks like M.A.R.T. doesn't work if you place the programmable block on any sub-grid of the turret (however, the script doesn't really care where the contoller block is, which is great).
In my test, I placed the programmable block inside the vertical part, and the script couldn't find the rotors.

Once I placed it on the base grid, it started to work like a charm.

Really equisite work, Whip! Thanks for the script!

The programable block doesnt find the rocket launcher or the elevation roter, i've checked for spelling errors and thats not the issue. I've remove mart and placed it back and it's still the same issue.

Nevermind Whip, the problem was that the rocket launcher was attached to a piston
Howdy, whip. I have a (rather large) gun here that doesnt want to work with your script. MART doesn't detect anything attatched to my elevation rotors. It just skips both rotors

Try grouping a camera that points in the same direction as the guns that you are using. Also, check all block ownership
