Hard to say, there will be a few blind spots here and there. Also the terrain can block some of the blast, so if you're located in a canyon you might just get lucky. All in all I'd say about 20 - 30% of the Island is covered, from the Vulcano past the Redwood forest, possibly even the swamp. Same in every other direction. The further out you go, the less dense the coverage will get.
