Explosion effects are now displayed on dedicated servers as well.
Particle effects have been improved and their draw distance increased.
3D model has been updated; added missing parts.

Known bugs/issues:
Detonation can't be stopped/aborted on dedicated servers.
Radar doesn't work yet.
