Hi, not sure if this mod is related to this current issue I have. For some reason in my games (which uses this mod), the AI does not seem to found cities. They do find at least 2 cities and then stop (even though there's a vast expanse of land for them to found). So I'm not sure if it's an issue with the AI not recognizing the newly skinned settler.
