Ethnic Units
An idea for this mod
My idea is that we split up the mod on a civilization by civilization basis so that people with less powerful computers can enjoy this great mod, an example that i'm talking about is that there could be a roman ethnic units mod

That's a good idea. The art styles are defined in xml, so it should be possible to split them up into smaller mod parts relatively easily. I used to hand pick unit graphics for my Civilization in Civ IV, as they were easily defined in a single file in a specific folder.

I personally wish the graphics modders would consider donating the awesome graphics models they have built to the general mod community - i.e. for the makers of such great Civ VI mods as Warfare Expanded - as I've understood that Civ V graphics models are quite conveniently converted into Civ VI, too.
The problem is that I don't think I can mod something like that on my computer

Correction: Civ V models are actually quite different from Civ VI models, so this aspect might not be so simple as I previously wrote.

Otherwise, I wonder if there is a good tutorial on graphics editing and the proper, effective use of XML in Civ V and VI somewhere? Sort of a beginner's guide. Perhaps it should be promoted to attract new modders.
