EA Dinos Mod
Do I have to install the mod on all Servers in my Cluster?
Or only on the one withEbenus Astrum or only on the rest?

Only on the rest. The EA Map mod already contains the necessary files for the dinos needed. If you wish to transfer EA dinos to other maps in your cluster, you'll want to install the EA Dinos Mod on those map.

that statemend is sadly wrong, as the ea dinos from the map and the dino mod are different , but if the dino mod is installed, than the ea dinos are transferable between your servers
