problem downloading

im having a problem with the mod for some reason this is the only mod that does not show up does anyone have a solution besides subscribing and desubscribing?

unsubscribe, then deleate your civ 5 cache folder and then resubscribe that should make it work i believe, you can find the file here

\My Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\cache\
