just so we dont have to keep answering this. NO you cant turn off the dinos dying and giving you loot if youre nearby. If you are receiving actual items besides mod crystals or other mod resources which are required for progression then youre probably playing in single player ... DONT it even says in the mod description that if you play in singleplayer THERE WILL BE BUGS so just dont do it.
