commander cannot be zeus on dedicated server

Hi guys,

i need help with this liberation mission, when i'm running it at local hosted server, the commander can access zeus, but when run the mission on my dedicated game server, the commander cannot access zeus interface, there's a "reassign zeus" action on my action list, but it doesnt do anything, any suggestion?

please help

try vote admin..and before entering map there's parameter on top right to set the game
