Build Habitats.
Add a precursor district.
This gives +1 district slot (improving base resource production) and also gives a job giving More minor artifacts.
If you get lucky, don' t forget all the asteroid+ ring upgrades too. Free districts and mineral output!
sorry for the questions, im just curious since i dont remember ever seeing the modifiers
Although I have rolled the tech for Toxic worlds thanks to a different mod a few times. Which is fun, and can make it easier.
There is a specific event to announce the discovery of the first Old world modifier you discover, but unfortunately You have to hunt world by world, system by system looking for the Old world Modifier.
There is however a Decision for Mining Jobs from asteroid fields (and sometimes things like Iron world, but that has always seemed inconsistent) And another for a Precursor Archeologist job.
Which generates a tiny number of Ancient Relics. But does it continuously forever. Which is nice.
I Usually scout out systems I have claimed, name any Planet with an Old World Desposit with a OW and any system on the map it belongs in with ow in lower case.
To make the job of tracking them back down in single player easier.
Usually Old World also generates Science districts, which is nice.
Just remember the Decision works for moons, as well as planets, and only on the specific planet, while things like asteroid rings actually buff every habitat in the system
I think Phosphor worlds also give energy jobs, But i've lost the notepad with the secret buffs from the different unique Toxic decisions.
