Expansion of the map into Northern Mexico and the Carribean and also 1492 and 1519 bookmarks.

of course the Spanish(or other "randam" Europian invaders/colonizers to fit with EU4's butterfly efect filled nature) arival and the mass chaos that comes with them, but I can see how making that "fun" or "ballenced" while still miantianing the threat levels they reprisent would be difficult.

The basics of the Spanish Invasion are implemented. We need feedback to be able to balance it :) It happends around 1519.

talking of balance, the spanish invaders seemed very passive when i ran an observer game, even when i gave them like 5k dev, they still didnt conquer anyone after there 2 initial wars after they arrived.

I'm no modder, so I have no idea on how to go about doing this, or its difficulty, but I think adding some Mesoamerican-themed music would be awesome, if possible. It would seriously add to the immersion and general feel, whereas the current European music feels like it takes me out of the experience somewhat.

Thank you for your suggestion . Having themed music would be really good for the immersion and feeling. It's doable but we need a person that would compose music. It's definetly on our list.

You might want to rework the autonomy thing. Effective development is how much development you have after autonomy in every province is calculated. So a province with 100 development and 50% autonomy has 50 effective development. Thanks to the 100% autonomy in all my provinces except my capital, my effective development is 242. This in an empire with a total of 8347 development. This means, that if my capital gets an institution embraced, which is pretty quickly because it has 228 dev, i only pay 40 ducats to embrace the institution. While i still make 240 a month. Thats nothing.

It also has a huge impact on debasing currency and rooting out corruption. When you debase currency the amount of money you get is based on your total development and your economy. So with over 8000 development i can debase currency for 4700 ducats. But rooting out corruption is based on your effective autonomy. So when rooting out corruption at maximum, i only spend 7,30 ducats each month to reduce corruption by 1 each year. I only have to do that for 2 years. So i only need to spend a total of about 175 ducats to reduce my corruption by 2. Which means i basically get 4525 ducats for free. The only downside is that i pay a bit more monarch points for everything but i can also just save up for 2 years.

sorry for not realizing this, I saw a comment in the main page that made it sound like it wasn't implemented. but speaking of issues, after subbing on the workshop I don't see the mod pop up in the mod list when I start up the game. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix that?

Perhaps the in-game encyclopedia should include the pros and cons of various country statistics. From just looking at the stats there seems to be no benefit to centralization, and lots to decentralization.

Also, it would be cool if the game had its own music mod or soundtrack integrated. With Mesoamerican music of course. I'm using the "Native American Music Mod" and it really adds to the flavor of the game.

Regarding the spanish invasion, i think cavalry and artillery should be available 1 or 2 techs later. Right now i was fighting the spanish with cavalry and artillery while the pack animal institution hasnt even spawned yet.
