Hello! I recently managed to catch this behavior. Please refer to the video after 1:10. Pay attention to Pudge using 3 times Glimmer Cape, although the 2nd and 3rd time it was in cooldown and in the backpack. I've noticed this behavior multiple times with bots using invisibility 2-3 times in a time interval of 3-4 seconds but never was able to record it.
