This happened too many times to me and the dev never cares to fix this.

Example scenario:
My recent game our rich Lich kept sitting at the side shop for the rest of the game after we're clearly going to win. We lost hard later on because of this stupid Lich and stupid algorithm you clever devs created. It's hard to carry the game like this with support heroes.
