Playing the script offline

The ranked matchmaking AI is not working from the in-game menu. Whenever I choose it, only the names of the bots change but they still behave like default bots. Also there will be no new heroes as bots like doom, gyrocopter, etc., only those that are available with default bots like bloodseeker, etc.

I have the exact same problem, and I did all the copypasting the mod folder into the vscripts/bots folder, it just doesn't work. No new heroes appear for me, ever.
I'm getting frustrated honestly.
